As a single item: 

  • Go to the desired Matter’s page
  • Click “Add Single Item” and select “Prepare Form”
  • Select a form from the dropdown menu
  • Select the contact on the matter to send the form to
  • Click prepare form when ready
  • Choose to “Email Form Link”
  • Click “Send Form”
  • Select a Form Email Template from the dropdown
  • Prepare the rest of the email
  • Click "Send" when finished

From a workflow template: 

  • Go to the desired Matter’s page
  • Click “Add A Template Or Email Campaign” and select the desired Workflow Checklist
  • Find the form on the workflow checklist
  • Click “Options” and select “Prepare Form”
  • Select which contact on the matter to send the form to
  • Click prepare form when ready
  • Choose to “Email Form Link”
  • Click “Send Form”
  • Select a Form Email Template from the dropdown
  • Prepare the rest of the email
  • Click "Send" when finished
