Automatic reminder:

  • Go to the appropriate matter
  • Find the scheduled appointment under the matter workflow
  • Click “Options” and then “Set Auto Reminder” on the matter checklist item
  • Select a time to remind the contact 
  • Click “Add Reminder” to save the reminder time

Manual reminder:

  • Go to the appropriate matter
  • Find the scheduled appointment under the matter workflow
  • Click “Options” and then “Send Reminder” on the matter checklist item
  • Review the reminder email
  • Click “Send Email” to send the reminder email
