• Go to the desired matter’s/Contact’s page
  • *If on a Matter, click “Add a single item” and select “Create Task”
  • Click the “Tasks” tab
  • Enter the task description
  • Assign the task to a user (If left blank it will be assigned to you)
  • Create a due date if needed
  • Assign a time for an automatic reminder email
  • Click “Add Task” when finished
