• Go to the desired matter’s page 
  • Click on the “add single item” dropdown and select “prepare document”
  • Click “Confirm”
  • Choose “use template from NovoTempus”
  • Choose a template from the dropdown
  • Assign all contacts 
  • Assign all signers and companies
  • Click Draft document 
  • Review the document preview and make any arrangements
  • When done click “Send”
  • Choose “email documents link” or “sign document now”
  • If sending by email, select the email template from the dropdown
  • Review the email and click “Send Email” to send the document
  • Pick a due date and a reminder time if desired
